Paralos Gallery does not give out or sell personal information of any sort, including email addresses, of any individuals who contact us or who register on our website. We do not share our mailing list with anyone.

Information submitted through the enquiry/ordering facility will not be used for mailing purposes without the permission of the customer.

Data We Collect: 1 a Name and Email on simple contact form through the website,
  b In face to face contact in the shop and at exhibitions and fairs
  c by telephone when you contact us.

How and why we process this Data and legal basis for doing so:

All of the above data is processed in order to fulfill the contract; to answer an enquiry or to process an order [this comes under Legitimate Interests see Glossary below].
We will delete simple contact information having answered enquiries.

Consent: We will give you the option to OPT IN to our mailing list if you wish us to inform you of information regarding your enquiry at a later date. For example if you have asked us to let you know when we have something of interest to you, or wish to know of events, or receive updates re stock, or receive our newsletter. If you have given us your information at a fair etc you will receive an email from us asking you to confirm your interest.

You may OPT OUT at any time by informing us that you have withdrawn Consent
or by clicking the Unsubsribe link in our communications. I shall remove any names from this list immediately on request.

Sales information: once an order is completed your contact details will be on the invoice you receive and will be used by us purely to fulfill our fiscal and legal obligations.
Sales information will be archived as required by law, and will not be used in any other way. If you have not OPTED IN to receive further communications from us you will not hear from us unless there is a legal basis for doing so.
